Lexington ISD has partnered with E3 Alliance, Schoolhouse Pediatrics and Healthy Schools for the“KICK THE FLU” flu vaccination program.
Parents may sign up for their children to receive Flu vaccinations while they are in school at no cost.
Healthy Schools is scheduled to be at Lexington ISD on November 15th. Arrival time is between 8-8:30.
At this time there will be one team of workers per campus.
We will be sending out consent forms and informational letters soon. There are Spanish consents at each nurses' offices if needed. You may also download forms located below.
This company does not vaccinate adults, children only. Children receiving the vaccination should only be out of class for 10-15 minutes.
We would like to have the consent forms back one week prior in order to tell the vaccination team what to expect. Students will not be vaccinated without the consent form filled out accordingly.
