Lexington Elementary School will host the Kindergarten/Pre-Kindergarten Round-Up from Monday, April 11th, 2016 through Friday, April 15th, 2016 for children entering Kindergarten/Pre-Kindergarten in August, 2016. To qualify, students must be 5 years old on or before September 1st for Kindergarten and 4 years old on or before September 1st for Pre-Kindergarten.
We will require the following documentation from the parent or guardian at the time of roundup in order to enroll the student:
*Proof of Age – A copy of an official birth certificate or other official document providing the following information: 1)child’s legal name, 2)birth date, 3)parent/parent’s name.
*Immunization – A copy of a complete official immunization record
*Social Security card
*Proof of Residency – A current, original utility bill (electric) stating address
*Parent’s Driver’s license

The Kindergarten classrooms will be open for you to come and meet the teachers and view the classrooms and see what it’s like to be in Kindergarten.
